About Ride Krut
The company Krut In Väst AB is based in Malmö. The company's postal address is Knutstorpsgatan 85, 216 22 Limhamn.
If you wish to contact us, please send an email to info@ridekrut.com with your enquiry and contact details, and we'll get back to you shortly.
Ordering
When you complete your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at info@ridekrut.com
Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 1-5 days. Please note: Orders placed at weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Prices
All prices in the shop are quoted in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, and pricing errors due to incorrect information.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your ordered goods.
To Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. The notification should be sent to us at info@ridekrut.com. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and which items are being returned.
You should return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, delivery and condition of the products upon return. Products should therefore be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the product's original value if the product has been used or damaged.
The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To
- Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you
- Products that are sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you
- Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal character according to your wishes
- Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly agreed that the service begins without right of withdrawal
- Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as foodstuffs e.g. coffee beans (ground or whole)
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines
Complaints and Returns
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake to remedy the fault free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
How to Make a Complaint: Any faults or defects should always be reported to info@ridekrut.com, stating your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the fault.
If we are unable to fix the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the item proves not to be faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Limitation of Liability
We accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays/faults resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.
Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the products' exact appearance as some colour differences may occur depending on screen display, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display products as accurately as possible.
Information about Cookies
According to electronic information law, website visitors must be informed about cookie usage for privacy purposes. The information in cookies can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various functions. You can set your browser to automatically deny cookies.
Personal Data
By shopping with Solde Kafferosteri AB, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your personal integrity and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without legal basis.
Krut In Väst AB is responsible for processing personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or campaign offers - to adapt marketing to your individual needs.
The information below summarises how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What is Personal Data? Personal data is any information that can directly or indirectly be attributed to a natural person.
What Information Do We Store? To handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address and purchase history.
Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfil the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation such as accounting law.
Legal Basis: In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfil the agreement with you.
Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings occur after consent from you.
What Information is Shared and For What Purpose?
Payment Provider: When completing a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to complete the purchase and to protect parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use include, but are not limited to: Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Shipping Companies: To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes.
The shipping companies we work with include, but are not limited to: DHL, Postnord.
Newsletter: If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first name, last name and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Shopify for sending newsletters.
Right of Access: You have the right to receive extracts of all information we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete information that is insufficient.
Right to be Forgotten: You can at any time request that information concerning you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right of deletion, such as if it must be retained because we must fulfil a legal obligation (for example according to accounting law).
Data Protection Responsible: Solde Kafferosteri AB is responsible for storing and processing personal data in the web shop and ensures that the rules are followed.
How We Protect Your Personal Data: We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords securely.
We use a platform, Shopify Inc.
Changes to the General Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
Disputes and Choice of Law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute mediation.
In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from the National Board for Consumer Disputes or equivalent dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
